Nelson Career Curators Founder, Betty Nelson has experienced many professional challenges during her time in corporate world, she decided to package her insights into a system driven, reflective, and safe set of coaching solutions. As a result of their coaching sessions, Nelson Career Curator clients enter professional spaces with clarity, insight, and the skills necessary to reach their desired outcomes.
Nelson also offers services geared toward first-generation small business owners and not for profit leaders. The coaching and exploration for these groups focuses on becoming a better Executive. As the CEO or Founder, leadership development becomes critical for you to move the business, its staff, and constituents forward.
Betty Nelson is the Founder and lead Executive Coach of Nelson Career Curators. Betty founded Nelson Career Curators in 2018 after having spent over a decade helping friends and family to strategize ways to climb the corporate ladder. Over time Betty’s services began to expand into resume writing, interview preparation, and conducting job searches. During this time it began to occur to Betty that although she had helped countless clients find jobs and positions many of them were still very unhappy.
Betty is a Certified, CPCC Career Coach this means she had to complete a rigorous training program that included career management and job search strategies for today’s competitive employment market.
Betty’s career philosophy is centered around uncovering what you love to do and moving away from doing things because you feel you must. In order to discover what you truly love Betty and her team perform personality assessments, review past accomplishments, define skills, and work with you to clarify your core values.

Christiana Nzeba is a Blog Writer with Nelson Career Curators, LLC. She is a native of Amsterdam and earned her degree in Tourism in 2012. Christiana studied Law for a year inspired by her interest in civil affairs and civil status. She is ambitious and wanderlust, visiting cities such as New York, NY, Milan, Lagos , Chicago to name a few. Ms. Nzeba is fluent in five languages.
In her personal journey, Christiana encourages people to achieve their goals and promotes purpose. She volunteers often to support her community; "It’s always good to give something back to the community. Many people are in need and we can do more than we think.

I had many goals but I just didn’t know how to achieve them. Because of lack of knowledge, we don’t come easily were we need to be. Professional Proposal & Resume Writer
Taylor Mason is a Professional Proposal and Resume Writer with Nelson Career Curators. Taylor A Mason MBA was born in Landsthul, Germany. Through her exposure to a variety of different cultures, while being a military child it inspired her to pursue a career within the government. Taylor graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in 2017. She then went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from American University in 2018 where she graduated top of her class.
Taylor currently runs her own consulting company called Edify Consulting LLC that specializes in business improvements and professional development. In her spare time she works as a sous chef with her mom running her catering company. Taylor has experience in resume building, interview prep, marketing and a numerous of other specializations that she has gained from both her time at Hampton & American University.
From Taylor’s collective experience along with other industry professionals, most skills demanded by colleges and employers include the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, think critically and develop informed responses. For these reasons is why resume writing is a strong passion and specialization of hers. She worked with several Fortune 500 companies to understand and master both resume writing techniques and interview preparation tips. Taylor Mason will provide the foundation necessary to build confidence to articulate your intended message through your resume.
